| Using the Sagamore Easy Estimate mobile app, customers who have experienced an accident can receive repair estimates within just a couple of hours. This new technology offers an easier, simplified claims process for our customers and the potential for lower loss ratios for our agents. |
| How does it work? |
| 1. Sagamore claims adjuster sends the customer a text message containing the download link for the Easy Estimate app |
| 2. Customer uploads photos of vehicle damage to the app |
| 3. Licensed and experienced appraisers review the photos and provide a complete estimate within three business hours |
