| Settling into our new headquarters |
Now that the dust from renovations and remodeling has settled, Sagamore Insurance Company is proud to announce we are officially moved in to our new corporate headquarters! Our parent company Baldwin & Lyons relocated to an 184,000 square foot facility in Carmel, Ind., complete with new amenities aimed at helping employees create and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

| • We have a fitness center for all employees and their guests, encouraging friends and family to get active. |
| • Our café serves breakfast, lunch, and snacks, including catering from local restaurants throughout the work week. There is outdoor and indoor seating to encourage employees to get away from their desks during lunch and breaks. |
| • The new facility features a family room where employees can enjoy meals and downtime with their families in a fun environment. |
| • Moving into the new building has also promoted more wellness as employees are encouraged to get involved with different after work fitness clubs and intramural sports at indoor and outdoor facilities around the city. |

| The Baldwin & Lyons staff officially welcomed the new facility in May with a ribbon cutting ceremony. In attendance was Carmel Mayor Jim Brainard who had previously commented on the new building tenants. |
| "We are very excited to welcome Baldwin & Lyons to the Carmel community," Brainard said. "This is exactly the type of investment the city is looking for in its economic development partners." |
| The new facility has enhanced the employee experience, enabling Sagamore to better serve our agency partners and customers. |
